Saturday night I made a couple of St. Germain 75s. That’s:
2 ounces Hendricks Gin
2 ounces St. Germain
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces sparkling wine (I stole some of Cathy’s Korbel)
Mmmmm.
