I was sitting at the front table taking copious notes. Sorry I didn't introduce myself -- I had to leave right at 7:30. I was surprised how much I liked the Singapore Sling. I also liked the Side Car and was happy it was served over ice--it helped mellow it a little. One thing I learned is that I need to pick up some orange bitters. Thinking about trying one or two of those cocktail classes at EatBar, so maybe I'll run into there. Hahaha!!! I was sitting at the front table taking copious notes.
