They float Del Maguay Chici-awhatever on your margarita of choice and it's friggin awesome. Bartenders there are friendly and will remember you ever time you come back. If you have more than two of these you may not remember them. Granted, you can do this at home, which I've started doing recently, but starting out a day in Vegas with brunch, sitting at the bar at Mesa Grill and a couple of smoky floater margaritas has become a favorite ritual of mine. I typically go with Herradura Reposado & Cointreau in the margarita before they float the mezcal.
