Hopefully you have found enough to keep visiting (and if not, and there is something particular you are interested in, just let us know!) As far as finding new things to try a lot of it is seeing what is out there on the interweb, what our friends are doing, what local bartenders are doing, etc. Many of our ingredients are from VA ABC stores or Ace Beverage in DC, but lately we've been receiving more samples. But we try hard to let it known when we're reviewing a sample. A lot of what we do is also just experimental, the "why-the-hell-not" stage. Cheers! Susan: I’m glad you found us!
