		<description>One note to follow up on the Dogfishhead Jin.  It has very very rough corners.  That is where my &quot;Prohibition Gin&quot; comment came from.  I think that any drink that you use it in has to be fairly sweet and have flavors that reach over the gin.  This is definitely not a gin for &quot;people who don&#039;t like gin.&quot;  (I put that in quotes because I actually do not believe that these people exist.  I think they just haven&#039;t had a properly make cocktail using gin.  And they&#039;re probably from Connecticut.)  The drink Sean mentions having this in at the Rehobeth Dogfish contained various fruit juices that countered the gin effectively by double-teaming (eh eh eh) it with sweet and tart.
