Scofflaw’s Den is now offering classes and consulting services for the home bartender or party host.  Whether you want to learn about those small bottles of bitters your bartender is adding by the dash to your drink or you want to invite friends over and mix up some cocktails Mad Men-style, we can teach you everything you need to know.  Both Scofflaws have completed Pernod Ricard’s BarSmarts Wired training course and have spent over four years learning techniques, recipes and the history of spirits and cocktails.  Our original recipes have been published in magazines such as Imbibe and Mutineer and recipe books such as the Official Tales of the Cocktail Recipe Book.  Marshall’s homemade bitters can be found behind bars in DC, New York, Los Angeles, Portland and Seattle.  We now offer our expertise and knowledge to help you have the best in-home drinking experience possible.  Prices for our consulting services vary depending on the client’s goals and budget.  Please email us at Marshall@ScofflawsDen.com to inquire into a class or to discuss home consulting services.
