Funny! I was talking with a co-worker yesterday about his bar (consisting of vodka, peach vodka, some sort of malt beverage and beer) and my bar. I sat down and started writing out all the bottles of hooch I have off the top of my head. After two notebook pages I gave up.
Sean, it looks like you’ve been holding out on me some! I didn’t know you had Cuarenta y Tres or creme de cacao. I may have to raid your bar sometime.
BTW, pernod isn’t a bitter. HA!

I’ve had the 43 forever. And the creme de cocoa has been hiding in the back of the cabinet…which I also rearranged.
And yeah, the Pernod ended up there and I was too lazy to move it.
